Any company will in some way or another involve the use of permits throughout their business, items such as elevator permits, health permits, or food and beverage permits. Permits regularly have an expiration date, thus Central will manage all permits within an enterprise. Central will create cases requesting permits be updated near their expiration date to ensure that no company operates with any expired permits at any time.

USER EXPERIENCE :

• CAST generates a case when a permit is set to expire soon
• Employee responsible for renewing is assigned case
• Employee consults Standards for proper renewing procedure and certification requirements
• Once renewed, copy of new permit is logged in Entities and associated appropriately
• Reports are generated showing new up to date permits and their expiration dates
• Reports can be analyzed by mangers in order to follow up on cases not resolved and nearing expiration date
