IT Purchase requests can be maintained

An IT purchase request is a request made by a Supervisor (or other) for new IT equipment. A quest form can be used to make sure all necessary items are complete when purchasing new IT equipment. This request can be made using an IT case type so the appropriate person can follow up the request made.
