This use case involves the action of removing an employee from the system by completing a checklist of tasks that need to be carried out. With Stemmons management system in place, nothing is missed during the process.
Whenever an employee needs to be offboarded, there are multiple things that must be done by various departments in order to successfully offboard that employee. Central allows for the launch and management of those necessary offboarding tasks in the form of a Quest form. Some items may include retrieving mobile phones and laptops, uniforms, access cards & keys, parking pass/garage door opener and notifying accounting.
