Accounts Payable includes the money owed by a business to its suppliers shown as a liability on a company's balance sheet. Stemmons can help manage this process by logging all invoices, terms, accounts and codes and creating a relationship between all related items so that every aspects of the Accounts Payable system is captured through Stemmons. A user can set up a CAST system, which can create a reoccurring event. Reports can also be created that will help supervisors and accountants make decisions on the current process to see if modifications need to be made.
