Stemmons can help manage art for different properties by keeping track of each piece within Entities and associating them to certain locations. Stemmons can also let supervisors know which pieces are not being used so that property managers can choose to use them if they need.

With Stemmons, we can log each piece of art in Entities so that we can keep track of them. Within entities, we are able to see the status of whether the art is being used and the region/property/unit and exact location associated if the art is being used at the moment. Users can upload pictures along with dimensions. We are able to see who bought it, for how much and where they bought it from. When we create an entity, we can customize the fields depending on what an organization wants to capture in that specific entity.
