Innovation Practice
Because our mission is to radically improve things, we’re not going to just do the same old thing as everyone else. So we’re going to call this INNOVATION, because by definition it is going to be better than what’s already out there.
Innovation Practice can be a seamless process of identifying new ideas, creative thoughts and new imaginations by implementing a management software system. It involves the application of better solutions that meet new requirements or needs and can be simplified into three parts: Purpose, Process and Payoff. "You will never be able to pick which of the 50 ideas will be the next billion dollar corporation – it’s too hard – but you can manage it so when you get these shots on goal, you identify them, you get a chance to fund them, you will look at them. You can systematize innovation even if you can’t completely predict it." - Eric Schmidt; 4/9/19, Tim Ferris podcast
