Management of all tasks when onboarding a property.
Onboarding a new property requires many tasks driven by the case management system to be carried out and is supported by the organization of applicable documents in one place. Various departments will need to be notified such as Accounting, Accounts receivable, Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction, Leasing, Marketing, Property Management and Maintenance. With the use of Stemmons, the property is first logged within Entities. A Quest form is launched with a list of items that need to be done when a new property is added to the system. Instructions for the whole process can be found within Standards and once a property is onboarded, we can track progress and run reports.
