Stemmons is able to provide various ways of onboarding and managing vendors. For example, when a vendor is interested in working with your company, the potential vendor will fill out a form online, which will generate a case to a specific department. The department will analyze the prospective vendor to see if it would be a good fit. If the vendor is excepted, the vendor information will be logged into the Vendor entity and a quest form will be automatically sent out in order to ensure all action items have been made to successfully onboard a vendor. Some items include obtaining vendor insurance, address, and W-9, obtaining background check, registering in accounting system and verifying information.
