Management of the new lease onboarding process.
Onboarding a new lease requires many tasks driven by the case management system to be carried out and is supported by the organization of applicable documents in one place. Various departments will need to be notified such as Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Leasing, Property Management and Maintenance. With the use of Stemmons, the lease is first logged within Entities and associated to a unit and a tenant. A Quest form is launched with a list of items that need to be done when a new lease is added to the system. Instructions for the whole process can be found within Standards and once a lease is onboarded, we can track progress and run reports.
